The ISO/IEC 27001 was awarded by the TUV Nord Cert GmbH, a globally renowned independent certification body that audits management systems across industries including information and cyber security. This affirms CelcomDigi’s robust security controls, governance, and compliance in handling sensitive information, protecting customer data and mitigating cyber risks. The awarding process required a comprehensive evaluation of CelcomDigi’s data protection policies, risk assessment procedures, and system security measures to ensure compliance with global best practices.
The ISO 22301 BCMS, awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI) Group, means that CelcomDigi is well-equipped to anticipate and respond to different scenarios of crisis or disruption to the business with the right contingency measures in place.
