Sajjad is a seasoned telecommunications leader with over 25 years of experience across consumer operations, product & pricing, customer value management, sales & distribution, and digital transformation. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Grameenphone for five years, managing an 85 million customer base, where he drove market share growth, modernised the commercial organisation, and led the evolution of pricing strategies to ensure sustainable, value-driven growth in a highly competitive and regulatory challenged environment. He has held key leadership roles, including Circle Business Head, Head of Commercial Operations, and most recently, as Special Advisor to the Telenor Nordics Commercial Team based in Oslo, where he worked with the Nordic cluster (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland) on commercial strategy, AI-driven modernisation, future-fit customer lifecycle management, and next-gen B2B growth verticals. In his career, he has worked across the full commercial value chain, and he brings a practical, end-to-end perspective on building scalable, customer-centric businesses and sustainable growth through disciplined marketing strategies.
