Board of Directors

Fridtjof Rusten has over 35 years of international leadership experience, including more than two decades with the Telenor Group, where he has held various board and senior executive positions across Asia and Europe, with extensive expertise in corporate governance, finance, strategy, sales & marketing, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence.

Fridtjof Rusten is currently:

1. A member of the Board of Directors ofGrameenphone Ltd, a listed company in Bangladesh; and
2. A member of the board of Telenor Asia Pte Ltd,Telenor South East Asia Investment Pte Ltd and Telenor South Asia InvestmentPte Ltd, which are intermediate holding companies of the Telenor Group.

Fridtjof Rusten holds a Master of Management, Course in Investments andFinancing, BI Norwegian Business School and a Masterof Science (Siv. Ing.), Department of Industrial Economics, NTNU (Trondheim).
