Praveen was appointed Chief Consumer Business Officer on 1 December 2022. Prior to that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. Praveen joined Digi in 2007 and brings over 20 years of experience on the Internet and mobile industries. He has held multiple leadership positions in his 15-year stint with Digi and these include Chief Digital Officer, Head of Advanced Data Services, Head of Products – Internet & Services, and Head of Postpaid & Digital Services. Prior to joining Digi, Praveen co-founded a social networking startup called LifeLogger in 2003, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer.
Praveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Electronics and Computing from Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham, England.
