Wednesday, 8 November - Due to a minor fire incident earlier this morning, we regret that approximately 210,000 Celcom customers in Pahang and Terengganu may have experienced interruptions for voice, SMS, and data services.
Services including voice services, SMS, and reloads has been restored in stages, and we are working towards restoring all remaining services as soon as possible. Further information on service recovery will be communicated to customers and the public across various channels including our websites and social media.
We apologise to impacted customers for the inconvenience faced.
